All the elements for a maintenance-free lifestyle
Like most neighbourhoods, Norfolk Village has a hub – a beautiful clubhouse, with all modern facilities.
Here you can gather with friends for community dances, dinners and social events; or simply relax while watching the sunset and having a drink with the friends you make at Norfolk Village.

Sit back, put your feet up, and sip on a cup of tea without a worry in the world.
Now you can enjoy a maintenance-free home of your own and the freedom to do the things you enjoy… all without worrying about security.
Norfolk Village is a community of manufactured homes in a country club setting with private streets, security, with all the amenities maintained.
You’re a healthy, active adult and you want to stay that way.
There’s tennis, swimming, sports and recreational grounds, walking trails plus library and educational facilities. Here you can be as active or as leisurely as you wish. Meet new friends, plant a garden, develop new skills. Relax in the library or have a cuppa with your friends.
Everything’s here to invigorate the mind, body and soul.

Events at Norfolk Village

Let’s go fishing
If you love fishing here’s a great opportunity to cast a line in some of the best fishing spots in and around the Clarence river, Woody Head, Shoal Bay, Yamba, Angourie and Wooloweyah.
These are some of the best spots frequented by Sydneysiders, Brisbanittes and locals all year round. Best of all, Norfolk Village will have a Fishing Club so you can catch up with like-minded people twice weekly for all the fun and fishing you could ask for.

Life’s a beach
For all those young at heart, welcome to the Norfolk Village walking club.
The club will get to explore beaches across Iluka and Yamba, and organised at low tides so residents can enjoy the tranquillity of the beach at their leisure.
For those walkers looking for a bit of variety from the beach, there will be opportunities to explore the bush and rainforest too, with all club walks being organised twice weekly. It’s a great way to make new friends and exchange life stories.

Here’s to good mental health
Health is a critical component of over 50’s life. Just as physical health is important, mindfulness is equally so.
Norfolk Village will have an educational club to promote regular education seminars on a variety of subjects, from cooking classes, art classes, computer know how, exercises, community relationships and team building. You’re never too old to learn new skills at Norfolk Village.
